Stellata, a BBCA Awards nominee

The Stellatta project in Rueil-Malmaison has been nominated for the BBCA Awards.

There are two reasons to celebrate: the delivery of our Stellatta project in Rueil-Malmaison, developed for Woodeum by Cogedim as part of a low-carbon approach and designed to meet the RE 2031 threshold, and the opening today of the SIBCA – Low-Carbon Real Estate Exhibition at the Grand Palais, where Ulisse Gnesda and Luca Battaglia will be representing the firm.

Wishing everyone a great start to the new season!
