Stretching between Rue Astorg and Avenue des Champs-Élysées, Rue de La Boétie is one of the emblematic streets of Paris’s 8th arrondissement.Known for its luxury brands and strong tourist appeal, the area is also home to a significant number of embassies and corporate headquarters, making it an important hub of economic activity in the capital.The aim of this refurbishment is to create a new street-facing façade and a redesigned courtyard elevation, while carrying out a technical and architectural renovation of the interior spaces. The existing layout will be retained to preserve the building’s use as office space.
The project also involves a comprehensive upgrade to bring the building in line with the latest standards for a prime office property, particularly in terms of environmental performance, enabling it to meet the objectives of the French Tertiary Sector Decree (Décret Tertiaire) and the targeted environmental certifications.The project also includes the greening of the building’s rooftop, creating a pleasant outdoor area for relaxation while introducing a green space within the urban environment. The raised garden will also be renovated.
