The project for lot 5B flows seamlessly into the architectural fabric of the ZAC Paris Briis through its rounded corners.Standing out as a clearly defined block, it serves as a core component of the urban landscape, alongside neighboring landmark structures such as the Atlantis Gymnasium and the Brio office building.The setback of the courtyards creates the atmosphere of an Italian piazzetta, featuring wooden privacy screens that safeguard the intimacy of the balconies and apartments. These screens serve to filter intense sunlight during the day or soften it in the evening, allowing full enjoyment of the facade’s solar orientation.
The layout also embraces transparency and permeability: open courtyards, dual-aspect entry halls and apartments, and balconies that sculpt the facade. Everything has been designed to carve out voids and open spaces, conveying a sense of openness and giving the building a welcoming, protective character.
The use of light-colored brick, with its subtle variations in tone and homey, familiar charm, completes an architectural language that gives the building its distinct identity.
