New Landmark
ParisA new neighborhood landmark. To deliver a quality project in Aubervilliers, we were keen to establish a strong relationship between our building and its immediate and more distant environment. Presenting itself as a clearly identifiable program, Lot E2, nicknamed “Janus” and located at the intersection of Avenue Roosevelt and Rue Heurtault, aims to be a “two-faced” element constituting the new urban landscape. A beacon serving its users, it combines secure common areas and panoramic outdoor spaces for their comfort and quality of life.
While asserting its specific identity, our program will integrate harmoniously into this landscape; aligned with the facades of the buildings along the avenue, it blends in smoothly through the rounded corners of certain angles, without disrupting the perspective or, more broadly, the architectural fabric of the future development zone (ZAC).
